Our Story

Dating back from the dawn of human civilization, Sangak bread has been a staple of the Iranian diet for millenniums. In our own bakery in the heart of Los Angeles, we created Sungak by turning our freshly baked bread into crisp, tasty crackers. Our crackers are made from simple, wholesome locally sourced ingredients and topped with pepita, sunflower, flax and sesame seeds. At first, these cracker’s were baked purely for our own love of crackers. They were easy to pack and pair with foods, so over time our customers began requesting individual orders. Before long, we decided to package and distribute our products in LA, and shortly thereafter, many local businesses requested to sell Sungak. We are now distributing throughout stores in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles and neighboring states.
